Unfortunately I will no longer frequent this dispensary for my medicine. I always shop for what’s on sale. Today grassroots was 30% off on their website so I placed my order and stopped curbside to pick up my online order. First, the guy running curbside was rude in explaining my item wasn’t on sale. I asked him to show me where it stated that on the site and he said it’s not listed. So, I went inside and was met by Bre, who was holding a piece of paper listing grassroots ounces are not a part of promotion. Cool, but how does the online shopper know about your piece of paper with exclusions ?? I’ve stopped before and purchased flower that wasn’t listed on sale, but still fell under the promotion and the price was honored. You guys need to be more specific about promotions and pricing, and NOT get an attitude when someone asks why your website doesn’t reflect the same. It’s customer service 101 guys.. DO BETTER

I really like coming here. Everyone is always friendly, the service is quick, and the associates take the time to help you. Since it has expanded in size, it’s even better. Shout out to Josh today. Thanks for the door-buster! Josh and Lincoln are two names I know that are consistently great!

I have always loved this dispensary more than the others but they recently decided to play bad music way too loudly inside their store. I would think they would be more respectful of people on a basic level. Even if the pick-up gets busy, I have to use it, and it would be nice if I had the option to go inside. Anyone with anxiety would need to do a pick-up because of this. Turn your music down. You're not a nightclub.

I always enjoy going into C.L. and exploring the options they have! The atmosphere is chill and laid back, but professional and friendly. They are willing to fix any issues that may arise. I love the fact that I earn points and can save them up to use for a "rainy day". Laken has waited on me a few times and is always nice, helpful and friendly. She knows her stuff and seems like a good employee to have. Daniel has also been very friendly and helpful!
